Q7: Do you have it in stock?
A: Sorry, we don't have it in stock. Because our products are special, there are many customized items for customers to choose from, and only OEM and ODM are currently supported.

A: Of course, we have two ways to send samples.
(1)Existing sample-- We can offer a free sample, but the freight fee is paid by you.
(2)Custom sample-- If you need the sample to follow up with your design, we will charge sample fee and freight. And the sample cost can be refundable if your bulk order quantity reaches our request.
Q9: Can I customize my logo?
A: Of course, you can print the logo on the laces, the tips, or both places together. We generally use silk screen printing and heat transfer printing, but if you want to engrave your logo on metal objects such as tips and accessories, we can make engraved/embossed logos, laser logos, and printed logos on the tips.

A: All Pantone, TCX, TPX, and TPG colors are supported. We have professional color inspection equipment and technicians to ensure that the color you want is accurate.

A: Different products have different MOQ, and even the same type of products may have different MOQ depending on the material and process used. We suggest you contact us to get the exact MOQ, and we can waive certain surcharges and sample charges if the quantity you need reaches MOQ.
